What we do
Collectively, the Development Services Department evaluates
and maintains fee programs, provides long range planning, reviews entitlements
and building permit applications, provides plan and map review, manages site
and building addressing and street naming, issues encroachment permits, issues
permits to construct buildings and infrastructure, provides inspection
services, and recommends acceptance of maps and civil improvements to the City
Council for all private land development and construction projects.
